Cider Honey Vinaigrette Salad


Prep Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 6 – 8 minutes Servings: 6


18 oz John Soules Foods Grilled Chicken Strips, thawed
1 1/2 lb Mixed Greens
1 cup Grape Tomatoes, red and yellow, cut in half
1 cup Carrots Shredded
1 1/2 cup Vinaigrette


Preheat a oven to 350F. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and warm in the oven for 6 to 8 minutes, or until heated to 165F. While the chicken is warming toss the greens, tomatoes and carrots with your favorite vinaigrette.

Place the warm chicken on top of the salad and serve. Serves 6.
